You have graduated successfully or are shortly before doing so and you are interested in a career as a consultant? Basically hachmeister + partner offers you a direct entry. The career level will be individually defined and is based on your qualifications (graduate B.Sc. / M.Sc., MBA, doctorate or professional experience).

Please send us an informative covering letter explaining your motivation to work for us. Additionally we need your curriculum vitae as well as relevant certificates and reports.

 

The selection process is divided into the following two steps:

 

Step 1: You will be invited to our office in Düsseldorf for an interview with one of our partners. In addition you will take a one hour Excel test which allows us to evaluate your analytical skills. 

Step 2: After a successful first phase of application, a second interview with two further partners is conducted. Main focus here is a possible matching with the future line manager as well as an allocation to one of our business fields.
